Drum Mover with Chime Gripper

Clamp uses the drum weight to securely tighten against the drum chime.

Rheo Drum Mover comes with ergonomic handle design

Ergonomic

The ergonomically positioned handles and thumb controls make the Drum Mover easy and intuitive to operate. Larger front wheels enable the Drum Mover to be moved with less force, while small rear wheels allow for better maneuverability. Drums can be lifted directly off a pallet side or corner without the operator having to move or reposition the drums.

Portable

The Rheo Drum Mover has easy roll casters and a small footprint design making it easy to navigate. Because the Drum Mover is battery powered with the battery charger housed within the Drum Mover enclosure, it can be operated anywhere in the manufacturing facility.

Electric Power

The Drum Mover is powered by a sealed absorbed glass mat battery. One charge can provide more than 100 lifting cycles. All electric components are housed in an IP66 rated housing.

Operator Centric Design

The Drum Mover is designed for maximum operator convenience. To pick up and move a drum, the operator has his or her hands on the transport handles at all times. Dual controls are in easy reach of the operator’s thumbs while they are still holding the transport handles of the Drum Mover.

The Drum Mover uses a Pneumatic Power Supply so it can be used anywhere

Pneumatic Power Supply

Using compressed air allows the Drum Mover to be used in any environment and requires virtually no maintenance.

All Rheo equipment is designed to be fully cleanable without leaking or collecting water

Cleanability

The entire Drum Mover can be washed down without worrying about causing harm to any electric components. Flat surfaces have been minimized to aid in the cleaning process
