Rheo can provide a GMP column lift that can be used to lift and position one or multiple RheoPacs into position above the receiving vessel.

Controls
The electric motor drives on RheoPac Lift allows for quiet and accurate placement of the load. All motors are controlled by Allen Bradley VFDs. Operator-friendly controls (including optional touch screen HMIs) place the lift repeatably and safely in loading and discharge positions.
Capacity
The RheoPac Lift is designed for heavy loads of multiple bags and can accommodate 200kg with options for higher weights. The lift can be configured for a range of operating heights and reaches, up to 20 feet tall.
Design
All exterior surfaces are 304 stainless steel with NEMA4X control panels for use in cleanrooms and other GMP spaces. Rheo also provides options for hazardous locations. A slewing bearing allows the column to rotate. Ceiling-mounted options are available as well.
