Designed for operational efficiency and safety, the isolator features a Rapid Transfer Drum Port with inflatable seals for secure module and drum connections, enabling fast and high-containment material transfers. Cleanability is enhanced through 1-inch corner radius chambers, a full clean-in-place (CIP) system with spray balls and operator wands, and flush surfaces enabled by integrated inflatable seals. The isolator features automated environmental control with real-time monitoring of pressures, airflow, oxygen concentration, and filters, and complies with 21 CFR Part 11 for electronic records and batch reporting. Customizable chamber configurations and transfer modules (e.g., weigh & dispense, vacuum hopper, chute) allow adaptation to specific workflow requirements, including hazardous location executions (e.g., Class I, Division 2).
